Improve supply chain reliability, lower inventory carrying costs, and increase efficiency through SystemsLogix' state-of-the-art RFID inventory and asset management products.
When implemented correctly, inventory supply chain management solutions can make business processes simpler while significantly reducing working capital costs and increasing speed as well as productivity. This is especially true for MRO or indirect material items with lower visibility, even in the most robust enterprise software programs. Most systems today require a fair amount of human intervention to work efficiently. If not controlled properly, these systems may result in stock-outs or increased inventory amounts because the system is not operating on a real-time basis.
A more real-time solution offers the ability to rapidly determine any changes in usage patterns and set up replenishment rules based more on just-in-time criteria, reducing costs.
RFID is an excellent real-time business tool that helps better manage supply chains, increase profits, and decrease costs by improving visibility (and confidence) into your inventory management system to enable overall inventory levels, labor costs and safety stocks to be reduced.
Benefits of RFID Supply Chain Solutions
- Smoother-running business environments—knowing precisely what and where inventory is, thus reducing stock-outs due to a more accurate real time picture of inventory available at your facilities.
- Reduced labor costs by reducing the workforce needed for tracking and inventory management.
- There is often a reduction in order entry errors (less manual intervention).
- Studies show inventory can be reduced by up to 10%.

How SUPPLYSENTRY Works:
1 The Customer's consignment order is input into Supplier's system, bringing all items to their Maximum level.
2 In the Supplier's warehouse, the order is picked, RFID labels are printed, commissioned and applied to the items.
3 The items are loaded onto a pallet, which passes through Supplier's exit portal and is shipped to the Customer.
4 The pallet is received at the Customer's site, and enters through the portal into the consignment inventory storage area. The system adds the new items to the inventory.
5 When an item is removed from the consignment inventory storage area, the system marks the item "used", and the inventory level for that item is decremented. The new quantity on hand is then checked against the item's preset level.
6 If item is at the minimum level, a replenishment order is automatically sent to supplier (back to step 1).
